The Nose's Academy lets you delete your account and all associated data at
any time.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email
hi@tanxeel.com from the email address
associated with your account with the subject line
"Delete my account". We will verify ownership and delete your
account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile (email reference, display name, avatar, bio, username)
- All learning progress (XP, rank, streaks, lessons, quizzes, certifications)
- Saved formulas and the Formula Vault
- Journal entries
- Accord-challenge attempts and ingredient-mastery records
- Earned achievements
- Your uploaded avatar image in storage
This action is irreversible and there is no recovery
period. No data is retained after deletion except where required by law.
